Rules of Play

  • The rides are manned for safety reasons and have access to first aid facilities. The staff is not liable to supervise kids after using the rides. Parents/guardians must supervise children using this play facility 
  • Children who are unwell must not use the facilities as rides have bumps and slides.
  • Age restrictions are in force for the safety of all children and our managers will enforce them.
  • Children must remove their shoes before playing on the equipment.
  • For safety and Hygienic reasons, socks must be worn at all times on the play frames and we also recommend that children wear long sleeves. No bare tops allowed.
  • You can buy the slip free socks or bring your own.
  • No food, drinks, sweets or chewing gum are to be taken into play areas. Also recommend if kids / Adults do not ride immediately after eating, give at least 10min rest between eating and rides.
  • Smoking is not permitted.
  • Pens, buckles, jewellery, watches, money, sharp objects etc. must not be taken into the play area by children using play equipment.
  • No climbing up the slides and children must go down the slide feet first. No climbing or hanging on the nets.
  • The toddler area is only available for children under 4 years old.
  • For safety reasons, staff may limit the number of children allowed in.
  • All fire exists must be kept clear, please do not block with chairs or buggies.
  • Personal items must be left with parent/guardians. we cannot accept any liability for theft.
  • We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises or refused entry.
